Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps to ensure your return or exchange is processed smoothly and efficiently:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
- Provide Details: In your email, please let us know:
- Your name and order number.
- The product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- The reason for the return or exchange.
- Whether you prefer a refund or an exchange for a different item.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the unused, undamaged item in its original packaging (if possible) along with any included accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Information
- Timing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
- Shipping Costs: The original standard shipping fee ($12.95) is non-refundable. For free shipping orders, the cost of return shipping to our warehouse is the customer’s responsibility.
⚠️ Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following types of products, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Appliances (e.g., COFFEEMAKERS & TEA KETTLES, DEHYDRATORS) that have been used or unsealed.
- Cleaning Products & Chemicals (e.g., found in “Cleaning Products” or “BUCKETS & BRUSHES”).
- Food Items & Mixes (e.g., “Canning & Freezing Mixes”, “Food”).
- Opened or used personal care items.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
